PRE-ORDERS* A pre-order is an item available to order but not manufactured yet. Pre-orders will often happen on our site if an item has absurdly high demand. If the item you are ordering is listed as a pre-order, please ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS for the package to ship from site closure. Please do not order a pre-order item if you are not willing to wait the estimated time. All sales are final on pre-orders unless your item is damaged upon receiving.

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to most countries. However, please note that there may be some restrictions depending on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
